Care NW Staffing is growing our per diem CNA pool for Skilled Nursing and long-term care shifts in Oregon. We’re looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants who want flexible scheduling, steady support, and opportunities to provide meaningful hands-on care.

CNA Support for Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care

As a per diem CNA with Care NW Staffing, you’ll support residents in care settings where consistency, kindness, and attention to detail matter every day. You may assist with activities of daily living, help residents with mobility and transfers, support meal times, observe and report changes, follow facility care plans, and help create a safe, respectful environment for residents.

CNA work is essential to quality resident care. We value caregivers who are reliable, patient, communicative, and committed to treating residents with dignity.

Who This Opportunity Is For

This opportunity is for Certified Nursing Assistants with an active Oregon CNA license who are interested in per diem shifts in Skilled Nursing, LTC, rehab, memory care, assisted living, or other long-term care settings.

Strong candidates will have experience supporting residents with daily care needs, comfort with charting or documentation requirements, an understanding of infection control and resident safety practices, and a calm, respectful approach with residents, families, and facility teams.
