Care NW Staffing is growing our per diem RN pool for Skilled Nursing and long-term care shifts in Oregon. We're looking for reliable, compassionate Registered Nurses who want flexible scheduling, steady support, and opportunities to make a meaningful difference in resident care.

RN Support for LTC and Skilled Nursing Settings

As a per diem RN with Care NW Staffing, you’ll step into care settings where your experience can make an immediate difference. You may support resident care, communicate with facility teams, follow care plans, document accurately in EMR/EHR systems, and help residents feel safe, respected, and cared for.

Long-term care requires clinical skill, patience, communication, and consistency. We value RNs who show up prepared, work well with others, and understand the importance of resident-centered care.

Who This Opportunity Is For

This opportunity is for Registered Nurses with an active Oregon RN license who are interested in per diem Skilled Nursing, LTC, rehab, memory care, assisted living, or long-term care shifts.

Strong candidates will have LTC or skilled nursing experience, accurate charting skills, knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices, and clear, respectful communication.
