If you’re a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for per diem Skilled Nursing / LTC shifts that work around your life, this opportunity was built for you. Care NW Staffing is growing our per diem pool.
We support facilities across Portland and Beaverton, Oregon – and we’re looking for reliable, compassionate LPNs who want flexibility without sacrificing pay or support.
Pay: $38.00 – $44.00 per hour
You’ll earn competitive hourly pay and get paid weekly – every Friday.
What You’ll Do as a Per Diem LPN
As a Per Diem LPN with Care NW Staffing, you’ll step into skilled nursing and long-term care settings where your experience makes an immediate impact. You’ll help residents feel safe, supported, and cared for – while collaborating closely with the facility’s care team.
Experience in:
Delivering compassionate, high-quality care
Supporting comfort, safety, and daily well-being
Following care plans and documenting accurately in EMR/EHR
Practicing strong infection control and resident safety measures
Working alongside nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Who This Role Is For
This role is specifically for LPNs only with an active Oregon LPN license.
Qualifications
To thrive in per diem LTC / Skilled Nursing shifts, you should have:
Current Oregon LPN license in good standing
LTC experience (skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, assisted living, long-term care)
Knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices
Ability to chart accurately in EMR/EHR and follow established care plans
Strong teamwork, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Clear, respectful communication skills
